How to bring us a deal.

We are a single family office. We invest our own balance sheet and we do not run a process. The page below describes how to reach us, what we will read, and what we will say back.

01 · What to send

One email. Three short paragraphs.

  • iThe business.What it does, who it serves, what makes it durable.
  • iiThe situation.Why now, what kind of capital, what kind of partner.
  • iiiThe fit.Why you think this belongs at our table rather than someone else’s.

No deck attached. No teaser. No NDA at first email. We will ask for the deeper material if there is a fit.

02 · What you will get back

A real read inside ten business days.The principal or a senior member of the team will read the email and form a view. We do not triage to junior staff.

A yes or a no, with a reason.Most answers are no. The reason is short and honest. We do not ghost.

If it fits, a follow-up call within five business days of the yes.A first call is thirty minutes with the principal and the discipline lead most relevant to the situation.

03 · What we will not do

  • Sign an NDA at first email.
  • Participate in broker-led auctions.
  • Look at opportunities outside healthcare, real estate, or services.
  • Underwrite turnarounds or distressed situations.
  • Invest in early-stage venture.
  • Add anyone to a newsletter or marketing list.
